We will review your architectural designs and provide insight into alterations which would maximise energy efficiency while remaining in line with your chosen style and designs.
Liam Hannah from Property Returns will provide cost estimates so you can guage the cost of the changes in relation to the energy gains. As an optional extra, we have partnered up with passive housing consultants and architects that can provide additional input.
We offer both in-person and video consultations at our display home to provide you with a tangible example of how passive housing works in practice.
